Thanks for the shoutout ( 6:03 )! Another strat that helps me is to prioritize 1st stagers. That way you can quickly find the next one down the line. I can also send you my spreadsheet if you need the help for future Gens. Also what helped is to group mons together that you know are related.

Hey Pat I suggest taking the pieces of paper out once you’re done adding the cards in those slots. Just to save on weight overall. As it’ll all add up. lol 😅

My man im loving this series!! and I think I can help you to sort your cards a lot easier for the next generations to come so that you can find the pokemons easier, fill the binder and you may dont even need spreadsheets and flashcards anymore. Hear me out.... 1) You see the pokedex screen record you showed at 2:09 ? well....screen shot that and then just print the screenshot. 2) Cut the screenshot page in squares by pokemon, and then put it in the binder instead of the flashcards. 3) You can also print them twice and that way go around discarding the ones you get just like you did on 20:42 but without taking out the ones in the binder. Mybe even send soem people for them. Now you dont have to write the names and pokedex number on flashcards because you can just print them with the name, number and image, so even you have a visual reference of who is who, as well as all your fans and helpers, as they may recognize them better by picture.

Definitely would love to see you upgrade each Pokemon with their best respective Pokémon card once you complete the entire Pokédex. Would be so cool to see! Keep up the great content, always look forward to your videos.

You can hire some friends to help, like 1 to put the cards in the binder, 1 to find the cards, 1 to keep the check on pokemon It will make everything easier, and there can be more than 1 people to find the cards!!

Awesome video!!! When you finish the gen 9 challenge (even if you lose overall) you should totally do a slow pan over every card in the binder, because it would just be so insanely cool to see which specific cards were in the final binder!

pat if you didnt already notice the card numbers are in the middle of the card next to the weight/height but this doesnt work on full art cards

This binder has to be the coolest collection already, can't wait to see it once it's complete.

I haven't played/collected Pokemon cards since the 90's as a kid, and this channel has led me down such a rabbit hole with the modern TCG! The vibe of the community you've created is amazing Pat, and I was crying at the end of Gen 3 with the army of helpers. I'm invested again! You were so close! YOU'RE GONNA DO IT!! I believe!

When I was a kid I tried completing the whole Pokédex (at that time it was the sun and moon era) well time passed and I ended up giving away 98% of my cards. But watching your series, has rejuvenated myself to try again and complete the whole Pokédex! Thanks for the content and inspiration!
