  • I'm so glad the Duffer bros decided to keep Joe around because Steve is such a loveable character. And his relationship with Dustin is so wholesome. Mom Steve is best Steve.
  • The fact he was a waiter is why he seems so respectful. Waiters have the hardest jobs and are very humble people.

I couldn’t care less for Steve in season 1, I didn’t hate him or love him. But from season 2 and afterwards, I found myself anticipating his scenes the most, I love all of his scenes, probably the best character development ever.

There’s something about Joe, he honestly looks like he just stepped out of 1985. Even when he’s wearing modern clothes. He just looks so eighties. They hit the casting jackpot with him.
  • @madsh40070
When joe does interviews, he is rarely if ever asked about his music career. I knew that Jimmy would ask, but the moment I heard him ask, I got all excited for joe.
  • The whole cast of stranger things has to be the most likable, down to earth cast out there or of our generation. I love them all! The duffer brothers did amazing with casting ❤️

Totally cant imagine the show without him. I love how his character transformed into something loving, romantic, and heroic
  • He was caught off guard when Jimmy said that he can't imagine the show without him. Does he not know he's the most popular character of the show? I love his down to earth nature! And props to Jimmy for hyping him up like that. WE STAN STEVE!❤️
  • joe keery and and steve harrington are definitely the heart of stranger things. honestly some of the best character development in tv history.
  • @marykth
Joe is literally the perfect Steve Harrington, he made me love steve more! Not to mention he can also play the guitar and sings, such a talented man.
  • One of the most underrated things I love about Steve is how protective he’s been about Robin’s sexuality. He’s close to Dustin and hasn’t said a peep even when Dustin still busts his chops over not dating her. I’d love to have a friend with that kind of loyalty. ♥️

Recently had the pleasure of meeting Joe in a music related setting and was surprised at how incredibly humble he was. He treats everyone around him the same way he treats Jimmy Fallon in this segment: respectful, enthusiastic, and interested. I have no doubt he will go far in the entertainment industry and I'm excited to see what he does next!
  • @lexxa9571
the fact that they gave him 9 minutes is clear that we all love him lol
  • @mia-cv6bs
I feel like a lot of actors these days come off as so entitled and sick with superiority complex but he's such a real genuine humble guy. And he oozes charisma. The Duffers struck gold with him
  • Steve is the best character hands down. I cannot imagine a different actor or even the show without him.
  • @Zahra.Basiri
There is something so... normal about him He's not like a guy who's a star of the one the most popular TV shows in the world. He's like someone you'd meet while waiting a line at starbucks
  • @TheWrestlinEra
This dude is the most genuine guy I’ve seen in quite a minute. He does not come off a phony, disingenuous. He’s down to earth, humble, and a phenomenal actor. If any young ones need a role model, this is one of them. 👐🏽 (edit) 1. Never gotten this many likes before for just stating my opinion thanks! Lol. 2. It’s absolutely true. He deserves the recognition he’s gotten.
  • @beckyscott6702
Fun fact: in the scene Jimmy Fallon showed, the part where Eddie Munsen says “Harringtons got her” “don’tcha big boy” was improvised and not in the script and you can see it a tiny bit in Steve’s face but it made it into the Final Cut. And I love this
  • @bwebz
I freaking love that he was just working a normal job as a waiter when he auditioned and got the role of Steve. Just makes him that much cooler and more likeable for some reason. Good for him!!! I hope his career just blossoms after this chapter is over for him because he’s so friendly, talented, charismatic, humble and down to earth and deserves a wonderful, long, successful career ahead of him.
