Be careful with that ngk bpr6es, The direct replacement for the old spark plug is the ngk bpr7es. The 6es is a 200 degree hotter plug from what should be run in this generator.

All that’s done is change the oil every few hours for first 3 or so times….most importantly run hour then change due to engine not being cleaned like a Honda when manufactured. Mine still is all factory has around 70hrs on it and the battery went bad ….100% satisfied

Great info.... curious if you have experienced the low oil sensor problem yet.... I just had this pop up, and there's lot of folks posting info on it... just haven't seen a good fix for it...
  • Why change the spark plug before break in? I've always done the break in with the factory plug and then switched to an NGK 7ES

How about a video on how to do a switch to shut gas supply off separate from engine shutoff to clear gas from bowl? Version one has several videos on this topic but none on v2 which has different wiring.

Does these new units have the so called air flow issue ?
  • @houladog
I just removed the charcoal canister totally and rewired the co2 deal. Did the plug also and drilled more holes in the air filter cover. Where did you get the drain plug?
  • You ever thought about putting a propane conversion kit on it?
