Q: What are the odds of this encounter?
A: Well it really depends. The fieldlands don’t exactly the lowest Cherrim odds, but don’t have the highest.
You would also need to consider that the random alpha rate can range from 0.2 percent to 2 percent. This depends on the Pokémon, time of day, and so much more. This is why the answer is quite the range of numbers.
Based on all of that the odds of this encounter randomly happening in the fieldlands was between 1 in 11,158,875, and 1 in 111,588,750.
Some of my sources could have been wrong on certain odds. But I’m 99 percent sure

This reminds me of one time I was shiny hunting a shiny alpha misdreavus or bergmite since I just got the shiny sharm, but in the last cave was a shiny alpha Zoroark.

I’ve never seen a cherrim in that tree. I have also never seen an alpha from that tree. Seeing a shiny alpha cherrim from that tree is insane! I did find a shiny Cherubi a couple of days ago from a tree though

I found the same one when they still had a bug that makes you not able to catch Sherrim in shiny weather form. It sucked so much. Glad it still respawned when I slept until the weather changed.
