The fact that children were calling and begging 911 for help…while the police were right outside is absolutely disgusting and infuriating.

The cop ran away faster then the children did!! COWARD!!!!

i’m so dissapointed. knowing the fear those kids and teachers had broke my heart. why become a police officer if your not going to live up to your oath which is to protect and serve your community. as much as i appreciate law enforcement, i have so furious in seeing what these officers done and how they were just sitting there. this will not be forgotten and this will forever be on your conscious. UNACCEPTABLE.
  • The station edited out the screams of the victims, but the police on site could clearly hear them. They could also hear them diminish, knowing that meant casualties of helpless children. This is an utter disgrace.
  • Grown men, armed and trained, officers of the law, wearing tactical gear and running away faster than the little kid in the first video clip.
  • Just shows what cowards these police officers really were. I would be ashamed if I were them

This is the most disturbing and disgusting display of coward behaviour I think I'll ever witness in my lifetime. How could those grown men in protective gear with guns of their own leave those children and helpless adults in that situation? Protocol doesn't count when children are being slayed in the room next to you. I normally would never wish bad upon anyone but I hope the screams and pleas for their lives ring in those mens ears for the rest of their lives. May those innocent babies rest forever in peace in heaven, they will never be forgotten.

This turns my stomach…. The poor parents and family members seeing this footage. Seeing what little value they held for the children and teachers lives. The agony and anguish ….😞😭. Much love to the affected families.

As a former officer who was trained by men that only carried a six shooter, I observed these men bravery first hand as they would kick in any door and take on any suspect, their bravery was passed down to me and I hoped I had passed it down to officers I trained. What I just watched is the highest level of cowardice I have ever seen, and I would be ashamed to say I was a cop from the Uvalde area. Rest in peace children, sorry these men failed to protect you.
  • @MrTroubblez
as a man and a father u would think at least one cop would have courage to put everything on the line to save those kids
  • A few days after the shooting, I asked a friend of my dad’s who’s a retired officer what he thought of the cops’ actions. He said, “If I’m at a school, with a gun, and I hear shooting - back up or not - I’m going in.”

The first sound of a shot and I’m weeping. I can’t imagine what those children thought or felt, as well as their teachers. If this is hard for me a stranger who has no ties to these people I can’t even imagine the vast of the pain and emotions their families felt when seeing this and knowing this is how their loved ones passed.

All of these grown men with guns, bulletproof vests, shields and backup that were TRAINED for this were more scared than these brave children and teachers that were defenseless. YOU have to live with this forever! You FAILED us all!!!
  • @JSkyGemini
One of the most disgusting displays of cowardice I have EVER seen. I'd be ashamed if I was related to any of those "police".
  • @rhodakozak1205
How that one cop had an assault rifle, and still did nothing, is beyond me. He easily could've neutralized the threat! RIP to the innocents who went to school that day and did not make it back home. Now you are angels.
  • As a vet and a father this made me bawl like a baby how could they stand there and listen to the gun fire.
  • Absolutly disgusting how the “police” handled this situation! They should all be fired!
  • @l.r5770
I wouldn’t run in to stop a shooter. But you see, I didn’t sign up for that. YOU ALL DID (police). You have bullet proof vests and countless hours of training. But no, let him shoot for an hour. I can understand that these officers were fearful and maybe they have a family BUT YOU ALL SIGNED UP FOR THIS. If you can’t do it leave!!!!
  • @cool2b88
I love how everyone was rushing to go after the shooter once he was killed...I wish they had this same willingness to go in at the start of all this...this breaks my heart.
  • The fact that these men weren't fired and arrest for manslaughter or some type of responsibility that resulted in those kids deaths really shows the lack of accountability by all parties responsible.
