If you lower the effects slider by 1% it removes the homeland defence flash so you don't have to have an epilepsy warning

Put effects to 99 precent to get rid of the flash. Also the ninja got scammed without the shinobi tactics buff

if you want to mitigate the flashung you can put a grey transparent overlay over the sped up parts to reduce it, ive seen a lot of people use it and it works pretty well

You can put the effects to 99% and thr flashing will be gone. It makes it much better for sped up parts of the video Edit: you couldve also given the ninja and druid the buffs from shinobi and populst

some of these felt quite lazy and didnt put the effort to get their top round by being lazy about choosing a good flight path
