Fun fact: the sound of the eagle you most likely think of is not actually an eagle but the red-tailed hawk who does the voice acting. The eagle in reality sounds much tamer (like a seagull or a chick).

So… South Korean people are now deep frying and eating the green starch toothpicks commonly used to remove bits of food from your teeth. The SK government is against this practice because they’re not verified to be edible (safe to eat).
