1 tbsp tomato puree
2 cloves garlic
drizzle olive oil
500g pasta
cheddar cheese + mozzarella
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp all-purpose seasonings
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsley
salt + pepper (to taste)
Bechamel Sauce:
1 liter milk
100g flour
100g butter
salt, pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
