    USA needs to build 100 new attack and Boomer submarines ASAP ! Because all surface warships including aircraft carriers are obsolete now because of hypersonic anti ship missiles .

    Attack Submarine doesn't sound right. A submarine is very vulnerable, with steath being its biggest defense. Submarine attack be : surface, shoot, submerge, and scoot .
