📝Ingredients:
2-3 potatoes
Pinch of Black Salt


Steps ~
* Clean wash the potatoes & thinly slice them using either a mandolin or a knife.
* Transfer them into an ice bath and let them chill for 5 to 10 minutes.
* Dry off the potatoes by patting them gently on a cloth.
* Preheat to 185 degrees and microwave the potatoes for 5 to 8 minutes, checking them occasionally.
* Sprinkle with black salt and these crispy chips are ready! Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice!(optional)
