You can get the secret paintings in Java 1.19 by turning on the "Operator Utilities" tab in settings.

Fun fact: I havent watched the entire video but still, the balloon exists. You just have to mix stuff on the science table thingies, if you click on a mob with the balloon on ur hand, it will fly
