God 82 was such a good year for metal! Both this and The Number of the Beast came out.

I am wearing my "Screaming for Vengeance" t-shirt right now (7/17/22) as I write this on the 40th anniversary date of SFV release. I am 55 years old. What a fun summer of '82 cranking up SFV up almost every day!! What a great summer my fellow neighborhood Priest fans and I had! The stereo speakers never worked so hard!! PRIEST, PRIEST!, PRIEST!! I will be rockin' until I drop....

I cut out of high school, we went to a record shop and i bought this lp with my weekly lunch money, we took it my house, cranked up the 1000 watt marantz high fi rattled the windows. Ahhh the good ole 80s.....\m/ \m/

This is the master piece of music. Give this out as a stocking stuffer. Just give it to one person that you care about. We have to keep "Screaming" and " Defenders" alive and well

haven't listened to this entire album since high school 30 years ago. Ty for this. Brought back some memories of a highschool friend that died in a fire in December 2022. We used to chill to this a lot. I believe this tonight is my first realization that "oldness" is now here and more and more "memories" are going to start disappearing more frequently. Message to anyone young and reading this: cherish your youth, it goes by so fast.

I'm listening to this at work and my colleagues are looking at me with puzzled expression as I've started banging my head furiosly as soon as Riding on the Wind has started playing. Still one of my favourite songs after 34 years

Best intro to an album. Ever.

I wore out 2 of these cassettes as a teenage 80's metal head. I'm still loving this today and FOREVER!!! Rock on people of Earth :)
