    Would be nice to have modifications for pigeon pose and the cross legged stretch. My body can’t do that.
  • I need this because I walk a lot and sit a lot. I also have ankle pain from the stiffness in my hips!

    I have always had bad knees. After a bad knee injury playing tennis, I started strengthening muscles around the knees for better long term mobility. I discovered hip rotation exercises have actually helped with the knee pain. These stretches will add nicely to my routine. My recovery is actually quicker by focusing on my hips.

    I love these stretches! I do very similar and or exact ones. I see i need to hold them longer though. 😉 Left side has always been less flexible and I assume that's common.
