I've just discovered your videos, along with other candy making video channels. I find the process fascinating. I also enjoy seeing the candy before you put it all together, mainly because I think the transparent/translucent candy mix, because for some reason, I think it's pretty. I also find ribbon candy to be very pretty. What makes it so shiny? If it's mentioned in the video, I must have missed it.
