  • That's murder. Hoping charges are coming. A lot of nursing homes do this. They need to make an example out of these companies doing this.
  • Whoa wait, this is the same facility where a resident was raped and it wasn’t reported until a CNA told a family member. WTH is going on with this place?
  • Where is the oversight to ensure these facilities are operating legally with companionate care.

My uncle was an abusive human and sick individual with torturous habits. He worked at a few nursing homes for many, many years. It was always in my head I know first hand what he is capable of. Please don't send your loved ones to a home.

I'm glad I'm able to have my parents with me. This type of situation scares me. I rather die than go to a nursing home. So sad.
  • Don't put your parent's in convalescent hospital's the workers their Do Not Care about your loved one @ all!!

Do not warehouse your relative in a nursing home. Theyve akways been hell holes. WHY WHY WHY did the daughter take him back there after she KNEW it was bad, AND he escaped????

This is going to happen to all classes of people once we get old, we need to start teaching people to respect their elders again

The fact y’all JUST NOW addressing poisoning via medication is sad because this has been going on for DECADES!!!!
  • The California Board of Nursing has to be tough in approving Nurse license. Just because we had a pandemic it doesn’t mean a nurse license can be bought. I know many nursing homes here in california with staffs that has no proper credentials in providing nursing care.

That CEO is a billionaire who owns several nursing homes across the state. Where is the accountability on how his homes are run?! Sounds more like the homes where they only care about getting paid for each patient and holding them hostage by any means, including keeping them drugged! 😡
  • Happens ALL the time. They are sometimes physically restrained as well

This is why I’ll never ever put my mom in one of these places I don’t care if I have to make sacrifice to support her. She took care of me and never complained I can’t imagine her going through this in her final years.
  • The sad thing is they will go after the doctor and nurse and the management will get off scot free. Just horrible.
