Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 200 ml
- Warm milk 200 ml
- Yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
1. Mix all ingredients
- Vegetable oil 90 ml
2. Stir again
- All-purpose wheat flour 550 - 600 g (add in parts)
3. Mix well with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 2-3 minutes
5. Put the dough on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes
6. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
7. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
8. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 45-50 minutes

11. Divide the dough into two equal parts
12. Roll them into a ball
13. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
14. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (35x50 cm).
- Melted butter 90 g
15. Lubricate with a brush
16. Fold the dough into an envelope like in the video
17. Grease again with butter
18. Fold the dough 2 more times, repeat after me
19. Place the dough on a plate
20. Do the same with the second piece of dough.
21. Cover with cling film and let rest for 30-35 minutes
- Cheese 150 g
22. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (35x50 cm).
23. Divide into 2 equal parts
24. Put on cheese
25. Roll up
26. Fix the edges and transfer to baking paper
27. Do the same with the second piece of dough
28. Cover with a towel and leave for 20-25 minutes
29. Look how nice and airy the bread is
- Egg yolk 1 pc.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
30. Cut into 4 - 5 cm wide pieces
31. Lubricate with a brush
32. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds
33. Sprinkle with oregano
34. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 25-27 minutes
35. Cover with foil or parchment for the last 4-5 minutes to prevent burning.
