You know Deion's heart is in the right place when he talks about making good people, with sound financial sense and education comes out before he talks about the football part.

"People buy into the leader before they buy into the plan." This is a perfect example of it. You know when you go to play for Deion that he is all in on being a leader without any bad intentions. He's genuine. Those kids will die for that man and they might be the only team that has that characteristic in College Football.
