Life in prison without possibility of parole would be a fitting sentence.
-
This one guy caused hundreds even thousands of critters dying peoples houses and memories gone. Life in prison would be well warranted.
-
what a hazmat of a person. So the system will pay for this behavior, meals, medical, and housing. The cost to fight this fire insane and will drive fire insurance costs to unaffordable🤮🤮🤮
-
They need to revise the 3 strikes law to two… second felony should be 25 to life. This dude had way too many chances to be a productive member of society, now he has cost the tax payers hundreds of millions of dollars because for some reason he wasn't locked up.
-
this guy really knows how to be a life long burden on society
-
Butte County has excellent public servants.
-
What about all the animals that died as a result? That's supposed to be a felony now. Why isn't he charged?
-
Why not animal abuse charge?
-
Life is prison for this dude
-
They should make him help fight this fire .
-
Hope he drops the soap in prison.
-
Volume way too low.
-
He better hope no one dies. People have gotten the death penalty in the past for this type of thing.
-
1 year per thousand acres . No parole .
-
How upsetting. The Yahi trail is one of the best in the park. There is a beautiful sycamore tree right there. The roots have been completely exposed by the creek. It's a wonder is stood at all.
-
Is there a body in the car?
-
TURN UP THE VOLUME!!! DUH!!! 🙄
-
strike law in california is a joke ... cause after 15 years they're out on parole ... i know plenty of people out from 3 strikes 😂
-
I f he's convicted of arson, will he be liable for the cost of fighting this fire and for the loss of property?
-
This will get thrown out of court unfortunately
