I'm telling you all 5 things you definitely should not to tell your Air Force recruiter or military recruiter. When you're going through the process, these things could not only mess up process, but could also be signs for your recruiter not to work you.

If you haven't seen a recruiter yet, this video will help you understand what not to say when you finally meet them.

Intro- 0:00
You wanna see what you qualify for first- 0:08
You wanna join for only 1 job- 0:28
You were wrong about your medical- 1:57
STOP Lying- 3:02
Your friends in the military told you how it works- 3:52

I see why i was treated such a way those years back. I had no clue what i was doing in that office.

Thank you for all this awesome information! I'm currently studying for the Asvab to join the Air force (Both my parents were retired so they pulled me in 🤣)

Recruiters will lie their ass off just to sign you up. At least the slick one that got me

Back in '75, the DEP worked perfectly for me. I took the oath on 3 Sep '75 and went active duty on 3 Dec '75. That allowed me enough time to complete Basic Training just in time to get to my Tech School in February '76. Those 3 months DEP also counted toward my Time in Service which meant my pay was slightly higher than someone of the same rank with no DEP time. I went in with a "guaranteed job" and the Air Force kept their word. No regrets! I'm proud to have served.

    1. Your edits are 🔥😂 2. You’ve helped me prep for joining SO MUCH! 3. Your transparency saves a lot of time and energy for both recruiters and recruits. 4. Respect and gratitude for constantly updating your content and information. It’s really great that even if you made a video about a topic a year ago, you come out with a video with updated information as soon as you get it, which helps so many people. 🤗. 5. I watch yours & Airman Vision videos in the morning when getting Ray like older generations watch TV in the morning 😂 it gets me pumped for the day knowing I’m joining such a respectable & proud branch of my country’s military 🇺🇸❤️💪🏻

Thank you for wonderful information. I saw Chiropractor about 4 years ago for lower hip pain from an injury after work. If I don’t volunteer to tell the recruiter about this problem because I don’t have any pain when I do push up, sit up or any exercises. Will the new system that MEPS is about to launch be able to find out about this issue? Thank you very much in advance 🙏
