I remember a HILARIOUS accidental pause in bluey, it is in episode surprise, Bandit's pupils literally go "WEEE" and go into squinting mode, it is hard to catch tho.

I've paused episodes of Bluey myself, multiple times, after laughing at comical moments or very embarrassing moments for me. However, more often than not, I found myself getting the "black dots" in the eyes which get longer when the characters looked away, and even more unsettling moments could occur when putting an episode of Bluey on pause at the right moment.
