📢 Recipe (Ingredients)
1.Dough
90ml (6 tbsp) Milk
1g (1/8 tsp) Salt
150g (1 cup) All-purpose flour/wheat flour
15ml (1 tbsp) Unsalted butter

2.Fillings
2 (200 g) Potatoes
15g (2 tbsp) Bacon crumbs
6g (1 tbsp) Chopped onion
15ml (1 tbsp) Moyonnaise
Mozzarella cheese

📢 Important tips
1. About 200 grams of potatoes, you can use 2 small potatoes or 1 large one.
2. Omit the bacon if you don't have it.
3. Heat on medium-low heat and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
4. No need to knead the dough, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes or more, you can refrigerate it overnight and make it the next day.

  • never made any kind of dough in my entire life but i gave it a try and it turned out great!! i cannot emphasize how filling this is. split it with my fiance for dinner and we could each barely finish our halves and we didn't even have anything with it lol. can't wait to make it again!

    Halved the recipe for lunch today. You can also swap out sour cream for the mayo and it was still amazing. Also added a tiny bit of garlic powder to the potatoes.

    Hi, I wanted to say that it tasted fantastic. We had this for lunch with some leftover curry. I swapped out the potato mash/mozerella with the curry and added some grated cheese on top. It was delicious! Thank you for the idea.

    Superb, I've literally just made it and the closest thing I can compare it too is a cheese, onion and potato pasties. Absolutely delicious. Fed myself, my wife and my 3 kids. Happy faces all round. I emplore everyone to try this, I'm a first timer myself and it came out great. Good luck.
