Charles Muntz would also be charged for illegal poaching and breaking the endangered species act
  • Honestly for skinner this has to be the lightest sentence a villian has ever gotten

Technically, Auto doesn't do anything wrong since he's following a direct order from the BNL company president, who holds a higher position than the Axiom's captain. The president told him, "Go FULL autopilot and do not return to Earth." This implies that whatever Auto sees fit to follow that executive order is within the law of the Axiom. The person at fault is the BNL president, whose gross negligence and refusal to adapt to change resulted in the danger of thousands of people.
  • i would argue that auto was following the orders from his superior that is long gone, thus making his actions of not going back under ANY circunstances valid.

If jury duty was like this, Iā€™d never get tired of it!
  • Wasn't Muntz technically tracking his dog, something that is arguably his property? That charge, with a good lawyer, be dropped if that was the only crime he commited.

0:49 It's Heavily Implied That He Killed Both the Surveyor and the Botanist Because of The Bird, The Years of Isolation in Paradise Falls Has Caused Him To Go Mad
  • I think Charles Muntz killed more than just the surveyor and botanist, judging from all those helmets.

Charles Muntz really is fit enough for a fight with Carol .
  • @ShadowRanger843
You forgot for Charles Muntz trying to kill an endangered species
  • @MacyPooh196
Can we talk about how insanely old Muntz must be? He was an adult when Carl was a child. Dude must be 100 šŸ˜‚

God dang it, seeing wall-E get stuck in there still makes me tear up man
  • You forgot to charge Charles months with reckless, endangerment and unlicensed use of a firearm because we donā€™t know that gun he used was licensed
  • I think Hopper committing slavery over a civilization falls under Crimes Against HumANTity
  • I think Skinner may have trespassed 3 times actually. Pretty sure you can't just barge into a restaurant kitchen you don't work in without permission or an escort, but it may be different in France. (And at the point he barged in, he had been fired.) And I doubt he had the correct licenses and training required to trap Remmy like he did. In France, you must "have an approval provided by a training course." in order to become a trapper. And Ernesto definitely committed some child abuse by throwing and dragging poor Miguel around.

I wouldn't consider AUTO for being a villain because he's a robot. He's basically doing what he is programed to do: To keep people away from earth
