  • I hope that if I ever need brain or cardiac surgery, my surgeon sounds like KT when he explains my surgery just before I go under the knife. I will feel much more confident and relaxed.

Now I've got something to watch on Saturday night.
  • @wyndnra1n
Immediate thumbs up 👍 love watching these.
  • I like the way you stretched the bands on the main seals with a chisel, I never thought of doing it that way.

I was never super partial to any diesel manufacturer; with a gun to my head I would have said Cummins, just due to proximity, but you’ve converted me. I have caught myself hearing that unique tone on the road and thinking “yep that Pete’s rocking a Cat” 😂
  • I was an OO hauling overdimensional back in the late '70s with a K100. Had a 350 Cummins (couldn't afford a truck with a Cat), and I learned to appreciate mechanics who knew what they were doing. People like you kept people like me on the road making money. It's a pleasure to watch (and listen to) you work. Stay well.

All I can say, beside the fact that I love watching these presentations, is that its obvious this young man was raised right. Good on your pop. Keep up the fine work.

It amazes me how these machines can be so dirty on the outside, yet so clean on the inside
  • @Hyprmtr
I really want one of these engines. I have no idea what I'd put it in but, just to have one and crank it up every now and then would be so awesome!

Thank you for finally answering my question about the hockey pucks in the cam gear.
  • Dude, that turbo is so Mad Max. Love your confidence with hardware.
  • @Markyard77
Looking forward to the next "runaway" destruction vid, but this great nonetheless. Thanks for taking the time to make these vids for us
  • Nothing beats the first start up after all the hard work of putting the pos together. Thanks for the video.
  • The clean up always takes the longest and but it's one of the most important parts of any build. Nice work bud!!!

Best engines ever made IMHO , I drove trucks for 34 years and this was the best of all the engines I drove behind . Quite , smooth and powerful ! Glad you are saving them .
