  • China is showing the desire to contribute and share economic success. Who would not like this as our population is going up we need to take back the land from deserts. This will contribute more than weapons

@topwonders88.The USA instead of teaming up with the chinese to combat the treat of desertification for the sake of humanity would rather want to fight the Chinese out of enviness.Where ever the Chinese go they leave a positive mark at least not the Americans.

Why can't the rest of the world do a percentage of this to shrink desertification?

Jai Hind. Using coconut fibres and husk to cover the desert can help to green the earth.
  • Anyone who sees what China is doing should remember what the West has done in Libya and, worst of all: to date, no one from the West has not only allowed Libya to repair its water pumps, but Western countries do not want them to repair them and use that part of North Africa for their own purposes?!?! While China makes oases out of the desert, the West makes hell out of the best projects?!?! Libya is located just below Europe, and every year we have a hot wind coming from that direction, which raises the temperature in Europe. If the water supply system that Libya built were rebuilt, no one from Africa would have the need to come to Europe, it is an area a little smaller than Central Europe, and today less than 6 million people live there, if the water supply system were rebuilt, more than 100 million people could live and work in that area, who could produce food not only for Africa, but for most of Europe. All in all, it is obvious that we have one civilization that is destroying this

This is impressive. China should teach this to other nations and measure the longterm success in different geographies.

I thought it is about this machine mixing the sand with a water retaining substance, spray it to an area and water at the same time, so saving time and effort.

Please omit the loud and annoying music to an otherwise excellent video. Thank you.

Water is the basis of everything. That's the issue, but the documentary didn't explain it clearly, that's what to watch
