After watching some videos I decided to just wing it: I seasoned and wrapped the ribs in aluminum foil, shiny sides inward. Pre-heated the air fryer for 375 degrees and cooked for 30 minutes. Removed the meat from the foil (you can save the leftover juices for broths, cooking oil, ect.) Applied a generous amount of BBQ sauce on both sides. Increased the heat to 400 degrees and cooked for an additional 10 minutes without foil. It came out well and had some Char to it. Juicy ,tender, and easy enough to bite off the bone. I'd say for next time I should cook it for only 25 minutes instead of 30 minutes at 375 degrees, and an additional 10 minutes at 400 degree after applying the sauce. And to use cold BBQ sauce instead of room temperature, that way the sauce sticks to the meat easier and is less likely to burn/over-char. Depending on the thickness of your ribs, you may only want to cook for an additional 5 minutes instead.
  • I pressure cook ribs with apple cider vinegar, cup of water and some Liquid Smoke. When it's done, I cover the ribs on both sides with my favorite barbecue sauce than I place them in the air fryer 400° for 6-8 minutes

375 for 15 min meat side the 10 min bone side. 400 for 2-3 min
  • Thank you Kermit the frog 🐸 where did the baby back ribs come from? Miss Piggy? 😅 JK. Tanks for the recipe 😋
  • I tried these and really wanted to like them. The ease and convenience are def a plus. However, I’m a bbq guy - ribs should only be cooked low/slow with fire and smoke. Thankfully, the rack I wasted was a cheap rack found on sale one day…so, no financial loss. Did satisfy my curiosity - that’s about the only positive I can say for this methodology.
