When I was 12, I taught myself how to dance by watching Soul Train every Saturday at noon. Whenever our parents had parties in our converted garage, my mom would come inside to get me to show my dancing skills off!

I'm 68 but this 70s compilation has made me feel like a 20 year old again! I can't help but bop around to the beat! So many of these songs take me back to particular places and the people I was with at that time. Better than any blood pressure pills or statins!

Mom 8/27/58-9/27/19 and dad 02/27/58-8/22/20. And y'all already know my kiddos already love music like this. I wish they were old enough to remember you both.... this music will keep that connection there. I will be sure of it ❤💛💚.
