So, this was my backup bike in 23'.. I was on the fence to sell it and take my freshly built "worlds lightest" Pinarello F5 overseas with me... Decided to keep the MADONE & make it into my main bike for every event in 24'! This bike will hopefully see 20k this yr! You just can't argue with the performance... Outrageously stiff & efficient, geo suits me perfectly, looks totally rad & it's as light as a climbing bike, so no downsides at all except the obscene price....
Newest gen 7 SLR9 size 58cm with custom 55mm carbon aero spoke, tubeless but running tubes in 30's, carbon axels, lightweight saddle, Team FSA Crankset, 140mm rear rotor, ti saddle clamp and some other little things im forgetting. Planning on dropping another ~150g with new cassette & bars, would like to find a lighter comp mount tho... I also have a set of custom 40mm wheels that are a full 90g lighter so we could have it in the 6.1kg range with those wheels and no other crap on it

Alright now a need a video of the f5 being weighed. I'm trying to decide if i should sell my sl8, and buy the f5.

If you add pedals and normal saddle will be around 7kg so nothing special

Upgrade to the upcoming sram red axs and save another 100g hopefully! CRW wheels from pandapodium might save more as well. Galfer rotors and light centrelock disc lock rings. For KOM days use aluminum cassette! Maybe Hylix makes a lighter seatpost as well!

Just out of woder. How much is just the frame. Can you give some more Numbers. Frame weight, wheels, groupset maybe? Awesome bike mate 🎉👍
