If I had the voice of Amanda Silvera, I would talk to myself to make me feel happy.
  • Hehe a little detail I noticed is that the intro screen for each habit is a reference to Spirited Away :) (the bouquet of flowers Chihiro receives at the beginning of the movie)

I'm learning to talk to people and make friends, 2 things i've been struggling with the past couple years. All my friends think i'm dumb and don't talk to me, i've lost some good friends over the past 2 years. I've been emotionally burnt out this summer from lack of conversations and having no drive to do anything anymore. I've been struggling to find out what i like after keeping to myself for so long, i've been relearning who i am and what i like. One of my friends in the UK went into a coma a couple weeks ago after she faked her death, i've been trying to get in contact with her over discord when she wakes up. I'm surprised that summer vacation hasn't killed my spirits yet. Idk, there's still August and then i start the 10th grade. Thanks for letting me share my pain and sadness that's been summer vacation 2021
  • I feel like a few of the points including stuff like "go with the flow" would be harder for most folks watching this video to follow. very vague. I made a video on my channel on how to get happy slowly & stay that way by removing certain habits in your life. actionable steps only. if you got some value from this video, you'll love that.
  • I feel like sleeping 7-8 hours a night has helped me lot. I lost my habit of getting enough sleep a couple of months ago and i felt so much more anxious and stressed. I tried sleeping 8 hours a night for a week now and i feel more relaxed and less anxious already! And i feel like i have energy to take on the work i need to do and the hobbies i like to do!

Savouring the little moments is such a huge one for me! When I’m at my most content I’ll get so happy over the tiniest things like; getting the last parking spot in the car park or getting to pet a random dog in the park! I’m easily pleased! 🙈😂😂🙋🏽
