Unlike typical baked oatmeal, which has more of a chewier texture, these blended baked oats produce a soft and fluffy, cake-like texture, that almost feels like you're eating dessert for breakfast!
They're made with a lot of the same nutritious ingredients we'd typically use for overnight oats or oatmeal - and you can make them as healthy or as indulgent as you like.
They're quick and easy to make with just a few simple ingredients - all you need is an air fryer or oven!

What's your favourite way to make Blended Baked Oats? For another healthy recipe, check out my video on Homemade Ice Cream: https://youtu.be/Pup3gSSRAJA

Made the apple cinnamon version. Swapped egg with a flax egg, and pecans with walnuts. Couldn't bring myself to heat up oven for a single serving, so microwaved it for 2 minutes at 50% power. Delicious, and so much better than a bowl of oatmeal.

All of them look delicious! But most importantly you explained why we needed every ingredient. I feel not many people do that. Very useful especially for beginners in baking. Thank you!

I've been having overnight oats for the past months as a post-morning workout treat (adapted from your receipe) but I was growing a bit tired of it. And lo and behold, this recipe drops :D I made one today for the first time with just a 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries and a tsp of vanilla sugar back. It had a mouthfeel in-between baked oats and a muffin, and I liked it so much that I instantly baked an second one for my spouse, who usually does not have breakfast, but loved it just as much as I had. I think I'll try a bacon-mapple syrup tomorrow.

I used your base recipe and added 1/4 Cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie mix), 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg, then 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger. 2 teaspoons maple syrup. Adjust the spices and sweetness to your liking. I’m going to add a pinch of kosher salt next time to see if it brings out the flavors. Delish! Thanks for this wonderful recipe!

Gonna try making these in a muffin tray and having some easy breakfasts that I can heat in the microwave. I struggle a lot in preparing food for myself (a really shame-inducing aspect of my disabilities), and I look for "easy wins" a lot for food. Anything that I can make when I can, for the times that I can't, are so helpful for me. I finally had the chance to make the overnight oats again from the other recipe on the channel, for the first time in months. I look forward to freezing these and seeing how it works out!

These sound wonderful, and thank you so much for writing out the recipes.

Thiiiiiiiiiiiis!!!!!! I love the fact that you can make them gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan or whatever! I went to the doctor as I was suffering of abdominal distension and they cut out basically everything of my diet for at least 3 months (gluten, lactose, sugars, carbs, many vegs, sweeteners, and a large etc). It is extremelly difficult to find recipes that actually taste good without this ingredients... Thank you!!!
-
A huge thank you for this video ! I love the single-serving format and the clear explanations of each ingredient. I can't wait to try all the flavors, especially the brownie and carrot cake versions 🤩
-
I can now justify cake for breakfast. They look so good!
-
One of the easier and healthier breakfast meals I've ever come across. Appreciate this. I love oatmeal, so this will be a nice change. 💯
-
thank you so much for including the written recipes!! i cant cook in general, and certainly would never try straight from a video!! i enjoyed the vid, and look forward to trying these for breakfast AND desserts!!
-
Love your flavor combos, and def will be trying these. Thanks!
-
Love the cinematography, music choice, and especially how clean the instructions are or actually just how delicious everything looks.

I watched this video when it first dropped, but did not have any ramekins, so sort of dismissed making them. The next day, I went to the thrift store and found three with lids! So the next morning, I made three variations, ate one, and saved the other two in the fridge for the next days. I love the texture!

This is great! Thank you! I keep oat flour on hand all the time. I use it to make oats and eggs!
