Recipe 1:
8 chicken thighs.
Salt and black pepper.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
2 tablespoons of butter.
Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Turn and fry with the lid on for another 10 minutes.
200 g yoghurt.

Salt and black pepper.
1 teaspoon mustard.
4-5 young garlic heads.
Cook with the lid on for another 10 minutes.

2 onions.
Salt and black pepper.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
3 potatoes.
