Friends from Hungary showed a very tasty fish recipe. I have been cooking fish this way ever since.

Ingredients
1 fish (carp).
Cut off the fins.
Make cuts.
Salt and pepper.
Fish seasoning.
1 onion.
1 pepper.
1 tomato.
A bunch of parsley.
2 cloves of garlic.
Salt and pepper.
Squeeze lemon juice.
Oil.
Put the stuffing in the middle of the fish.
Place the fish on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
1 kg of potatoes.
2 hot peppers.
1 red pepper.
1 onion.
2 tomatoes.
4 cloves of garlic.
Salt and pepper.
Lubricate with oil.
Cover with wet parchment.
Foil.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 1 hour.
Remove foil and parchment.
Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice.
Bake another 15-20 minutes.
