Lets hop aboard and take ride on a tuneful Darlington Corporation Daimler CCG5, with a Roe H61R Body 7 (AHN 451B) powered by a Gardner 5LW diesel engine.
It's its first run out of the day and everything is cold and it drove a lot better as we headed into Newton Aycliffe town centre to do return loop.
We where going to hop aboard for a ride on Bristol GHN 189 upon our return until a defective push bell stopped that before we left the museum and so we had another ride on the Daimler and the ride was far less crunchy and when we returned the Bristol was fixed and ready for passengers.
