Hello all!

Today I am going a little deeper into the struggle of anxiety and how that looks in daily life. I hope this is an encouragement and that you can glean something from it!
Our verse is Nehemiah 8:10. Remember: the Joy of the Lord is your strength.

I would encourage you to take each moment of each day as it comes. One BIG problem with anxiety is that it worries about the future. Don't let worry steal your joy!
