The amount of talent is staggering. Once in a lifetime. How lucky we were.

This song deserves a billion views. Its the first time listening to this song and am so glad to have found it. Bob Dylan and the rest of Travelling Wilbury gang, feel blessed to be listening to their songs. It’s what music sounds like.

Only Bob Dylan could have written this. Fantastic song, fantastic supergroup. What an ensemble of pure talent. Sadly, only 2 of them left.

What a treat to hear really great pop musicians like these. Makes you want to cry when you hear the rubbish around today. Long live the Wilbury legend.

Sadly only two still remain.....the way this clip pays homage to the incredible Orbos with his guitar on the rocking chair and his photo in the frame really show the camaraderie between these incredible musicians.
  • Incredible song Just recently listened to both albums from the Travelling Wilburys and I absolutely loved them What brilliant song writers and musicians They are now my all time favourite band Can’t stop playing tweeter and the monkey man❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Just in case there are no Springsteen fans watching this, the lyrics "name drop" the tittles of 8 Bruce Springsteen songs and the story takes place in New Jersey. That is not an accident or a coincidence, but more of an inside joke.

Another CD my son borrowed, never to been seen again. All that talent together!

When George is “just” yet another member of a band, you know it’s a hellova good one :)

Bob dylan sang most of the song. I can't imagine what it would be to have Jeff lynn and george harrisson and all the rest in the same room playing. I loved the Travelling Woolbury's. It's all right. Even if the sun don't shine. We're going to the end of the line. You don't have to be ashamed of the car you drive at the end of the line. I'm just happy to be alive.
  • Great song great band. You can't beat the travelling wilbury, s. Great music

If there's ever been a situation that I wish I could have witnessed, or been a part of, it would have been to be on hand when Dylan and Petty sat down, smoked a few joints, and wrote Tweeter and the Monkey Man together.

LOVED them from the time I bought the LP back in the 80ies!!! Listened to it until today - for 40 years!!! NEVER gets old!!! Guess it's something to do with the production from Jeff Lyne (ELO) and the greatness of his fellow musicians!!!
  • Bob and his mates really got something very special here with this haunting, film noir-ish song! Love the phrasing, pacing, lyrical content and the drama of this song!

This is astonishing. There is such a relaxed atmosphere, they seem as though they went to middle school together and have known each other all along. Peace & Psilocybin
