In this video I go over everything you need to know about Fortnite's Pirates of The Caribbean event. Pirates of The Caribbean will be this seasons mini pass and brings Jack Sparrow and several other characters from the movies to Fortnite. This update also added Pirate themed map changes, the return of pirate items like the flintknock pistol and buried treasure map, and a new Ghost Pirate ship item. lackluster changes , which is good. well, epic didnt think this through once again ( bottle vs ship poi ). They should remove the magneto , it ruins the game. all kind of noobs making kills they dont have any right making.

Completely agree on the least impactful part! I was surprised at the lack of theme related weapons, etc. not a single game changer really. Structure damage, crappy flint lock pistol and an annoying treasure map?

I was disappointed with the update thinking the ship would be a mobility item and I wasted so much time with the treasure map thinking it would be like getting a blue chest. But at least this means I don't have to worry about other players getting these items.

So the treasure map is way worse than similar ones you can activate at the consoles, which give you two rare chest spawns? That is incredibly lame...

FYI they changed the vault in-between rebels roost and lavish . That's the only other map change I saw that wasn't mentioned

In my opinion every collab should have a similar level of impact as this one, cool map changes, new cosmetics, some silly new items that can definitely be usable, but doesnt at all change the way I wanna play the game. 10/10 for this one, wasn't a Pirates of the Carribean fan before but I definitely am now. Magneto should take notes
