UPDATE: So after using this pad for a few months now, I can confirm it is indeed and excellent sleeping pad. It's kept me warm and I've had zero issues with deflation. I can highly recommend this pad to anyone looking for something to keep them nice and toasty throughout the colder months. 👌

Saw this pad on the valley & peak IG yesterday, yours is the first review I've watched on it, and you've sold it. great vid mate, subbed 👍
  • @TOMHEANEY100
Hey Mark, great review of the Tensor extreme and to hear of your experience.. Not many reviews of it yet on YouTube... Hope you are well... Tom
  • @_NickB_
Hope you have more luck with this pad! I've been eying up the Ether light XT after hearing this wasn't quite as comfortable as the tensor but with the winter we seem to be having the extra R value seems to edge it out, look forward to seeing how you get on with it
  • @garethtaylor1258
Very clear price and R rating rundown. This saves me having to do my own research. Good work. 😉
  • @SoloSarahBX
I enjoyed the comparison in your video 😊makes it easy for us to compare what’s on the market, another layer of research for me if ya like so thank you. I’m still using my Rab ionosphere R value 4.8 and was in -2 it’s so thick and never deflates so I’m Pushing it and I’ll feedback on my videos. I’m glad you’ve found a pad that ticks all of your boxes. I’d be tempted to add it to my wish list after seeing your short term review 🙌🏻ATB, Sarah

As a seatosummit ether lite XT extreme user that I find CÒLD, I appreciated this well narrated opinion. Subbed!
  • @twiggyescapes
Your reviews are top notch... You made far better use of the time than I did on that camp.. Great stuff👍
  • I’ve this one and love it, I’ve the big Agnes zoom and rapid and find them all great for comfort but nemo without a doubt is far warmer.
  • @ShanOutdoors
I have been looking at this pad. Thanks for reviewing it! Is it wide enough that your arms aren’t rolling off? It looks decently wide. I’m very interested to know if you find it keeps losing air. Great video!
  • @philphilphil
Hi, thanks for the breakdown - super useful! The Nemo pad seems pretty amazing - have you had more nights out with it? I am between the Nemo and Thermarest, but the R-value and potential comfort are nudging me towards the Nemo pad.
  • @andrewkreps
I love the new Nemo pad! Mine seemed to have lost air the other night and I’m wondering if you have an update on it being temp related or if there was a leak. I baby my gear so I’m hoping it’s just the change in temp.
  • Looks great! Any comments on the updated valve? My Nemo Tensor failed mysteriously and I suspect it is some aspect of the design. I see that they are putting this new valve on the new pads and I'm wondering if that is the fix. Thanks
  • So hard for me to trust air mats! Used to have an exped but was just rolling off it… Currently using self inflating therma rest mats, women’s trail lite (all family using this model, very good) and the smallest pro lite. The good old therma rest base camp is on my wish list, together with some sort of pack animal to transport it😊
  • @PaulandaPack
Hey mate, that's a pretty nifty pack size for such a high R value. I'll be really interested to hear how the deflation/air loss is long term. I hope you have better luck with it than your last Nemo! Can you inflate it with a Flextail pump, or is it a pump sack job?
  • @derekhughes4028
I’ve been thinking this pad or the Big Agnes Rapide SL. I had hoped the zoom would be the answer but have watched a few not so good reviews.
  • @scottlstone
Any further problems with the mat losing air?
  • @xjessukx
I've been looking at this pad myself but had some concerns about the quality, and if the r value is accurate
