  • Nastia please get help!! We LOVE you so much and you are a LEGEND! pleaze get healthy ❤
  • Nastia has always stayed professional and held herself with so much grace even before her olympic achievements. She speaks and answers questions intelligently while still being clear.

Nastia is so sweet and gracious, I hope she can really anchor herself around those who love her and wish the best for her. ❤️❤️

I loved and miss Nastia’s live commentary! I too hope she is doing well and I don’t know much about why she stopped live commentary. I hope it was her decision and what is best for her mental well-being. After personally struggling with an ED my entire life I have learned it’s never helpful to comment on peoples’ bodies, online or in person, celebrity or not. With that being said, in my opinion, Nastia has always seemed to stay in a similar body type after retirement, so maybe she is mentally and physically well- we cannot tell based solely on looks alone. I too hope she is doing well. I also hope that some of these comments about her body (even ones simply out of concern) do not inadvertently encourage her to continue an ED if she does have one. I’ve learned that Comments “good” or “bad” about one’s body can be destructive especially if one does or did struggle with an ED or body image (and many people can be insecurity about being too thin or too tall etc.) Again, I don’t know if she has an ED or Body Dysmorphia, but if she does, comments about her body are not going to help her. It seems most peoples’ comments here are mostly out of concern and hope she is doing well and not shaming her, which is nice, but again we do not know a persons mental or physical state based on looks alone. People can be healthy at all sizes. As I said, of course I hope she is doing well and I hope all the athletes are continuing to heal after all the trauma they endured— they deserve that peace. Much love to everyone and Go USA!! 🇺🇸

Im so glad they are calling out Mykayla, her comments were completely wrong and her apology was even worse. She fully deserves all the heat she's been getting in my opinion

She’s a great commentator and I love her positivity. We need more supporters like Nastia! 🎉
  • Nastia is still one of my most favorite American gymnast. Her line is breath taking. Continued success!

In a sport that has a long history of indoctrinating and forcing EDs onto its athletes, I have the utmost sympathy and compassion for Nastia. I hope she is well.

About Mykayla’s comments…i think they did one good thing…and thats bringing people together to appreciate EVERYONE. It use to be the “simone show” and simone was the one receiving all the attention and accolades. I think once Skinner said what she said…the public remembered that the Olympic team has 5 members…not one. They showed their appreciation and respect to the other 4 members.
