With a wealth of practical leadership and change management experience and academic knowledge she aims to make a difference in organisations and communities by raising awareness of neurodiversity. Winner of the BBC Bristol Make a difference award in 2022 and recognised by the Prime Minister in 2023. Lucy is renowned as an energetic and passionate speaker.
