Looks really yummy, but i have two main questions. First, I don't like spicy foods (really, roasted red pepper is about my limit!) so I'm wondering how much the flavor balance might be thrown off by eliminating the chile flakes. Second, any tips on cleaning the pan after cooking the honey glaze? It looks lovely, but I'm not sure the sticky mess would be worth it ๐ฅ
