Hi all! In this video, I present you an easy, quick and very tasty recipe! Vegetarian eggplant gratin is a simple and beautiful dish. Everyone loves cooked eggplant! This recipe is lean and not fried. You can cook it for lunch or dinner. Every time I cook this dish, not a single piece of it remains! Try the baked eggplant casseroles for yourself and I'm sure you'll love it!
INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:
2 eggplants.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 onion
Olive oil.
1 green sweet pepper.
3 cloves of garlic.
1 tomato.
Black pepper.
1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
Basil.
Paprika.
100 gr cheese.
1. Cut 2 eggplants into cubes, put in a bowl and fill with water.
2. Finely chop 1 onion and fry in olive oil for 2 minutes.
3. Cut sweet green pepper into cubes and fry with onions for 2 minutes.
4. Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and fry them with vegetables.
5. Dice 1 tomato and fry for 2 minutes with vegetables.
6. Add eggplant, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
7. Add 1 spoon of tomato paste, basil, paprika, mix and cook for 3 minutes.
8. Move vegetables to a baking dish.
9. Coarsely grate 100 grams of cheese and sprinkle it on top of vegetables.
10. Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 10 minutes.

Так обжарка есть. Можно поджарить чуть дольше и прямо в сковороде посыпать сыром и готовить под крышкой до расплавления сыра. Вкус тот же самый.
