That’s all bull. I just bought a townhouse in Scarborough which is still in Toronto when you look at the border and I paid $303,000 and 2020 since the economy has been down because of the interest rate that the government imposed on mortgages you can still get different townhouse in my complex for about the same 300 to 325,000 so all you people that think, you can’t well I guarantee you you’re not willing to compromise and you wanna live in Rosedale or the bridal path or some stupid area like that maybe Forest Hill and yeah then you’re probably not gonna be able to forward it but if you’re more modest, and you think of it as a steppingstone Then you can afford a house in Toronto. What’s wrong with an apartment or condo or something like that? Do you think everybody buys a Ferrari or Porsche as their first card and a guarantee you 99.99% of people don’t it’s something you work for and just drive for try harder
