    I used a stick on patch cut to cover the heel area that is ironed on. I think I used a hot curling iron because it fit the curved area do well. Your idea is a good one too.

    My concern would be that the rigidness of that material would continue to irritate the skin on my heel. And that's the whole problem I'm having with the worn heel lining to begin with. Is it soft enough not to cause irritation?

    Sorry....😲😲😲but ...is ....not really good this technique , 😊 I USE 3M 550 POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE SEALANT FAST CURE IS GREAT 100% faster an STRONGER 👌 JUST LIKE PUSH OUT FROM TUBE AND FOR A RUBBER THAT NEVE COME OUT EVEN UNDERWATER
