This video shows how I repaired my beloved Sidi cycling shoes that have worn-out heel counter linings. I spent a total of $10 for the leather and adhesive. Hope this adds a few more years to your favorite cycling shoes. Enjoy!

    Great tutorial. I have some ski boots that would be tricky to get a pre-made sticky patch into. This solution seems perfect since I already do some leather working. Thank you!
