You’re about to see one of the most incredible abandoned mansions we’ve ever found. Originally built in 1988 with 12,000 square feet of living space right on the beach. This would be anyone’s typical dream home. In 2012 the mansion went up for sale and almost immediately after hitting the market it was sold for 5 million dollars to a family that came to America from Egypt. But just 6 months later a devastating hurricane slammed into the northeast causing substantial amounts of damage to the home and many other homes around. But that’s not why this mansion is abandoned. After the hurricane the family fixed the house and made it quote on quote “hurricane proof” and did many other upgrades bringing the property value to $7,000,000. But according to neighbors and anonymous sources. The family was doing some shady things to acquire their wealth. Quite honestly no one knew what these people even did to become so rich. Some say they were part of the mafia, some say it was drug lords, no one really knows who these people are. But one thing we did find inside of the home was foreclosure papers dating to 2014. Which makes sense being that there are 2 luxury cars left behind in the garage that have tags dated to 2014. People in the neighborhood say they were here one day and gone the next never to return. So let’s explore and try uncover exactly why this place is abandoned. So join me today and let’s see what’s left.

This house was previously owned by Perry and Alex Criscitelli who were part of the Bonanno crime family. The current owner is Abdel asser Kamel Sheta Esmail who may be related to Gamal Abdel Nasser, an Egyptian military officer and politician who served as the second president of Egypt from 1954 until his death in 1970. It appears that the house was foreclosed because the owner did not pay the Homeowner Association Dues that were less than $10,000, Board of Directors of Ocean Gate Estates Home Owners Association Inc. - v. - Abdel Nasser Kamel Sheta Esmail et al. He also owes $55,623.07 for the property tax that was due on January 2, 2024, according to NYC Department of Finance.

These people are muslim. These Arabic books in the beginning are Qur’An. In the office there is a prayer rug on the chair. The Arabic writings on the walls in all of the rooms are different verses from the Qur’An. I just find your channel. I like your video’s and your calming voice! Greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱

Really like how you are so respectful of other people’s privacy !!
  • That basement was kind of scary. The bed in a room that had a hair stylist set up and no windows? I don't know...creepy house is what I say but I couldn't look away. Great explore!
  • Love how you describe the pieces in the home as you walk through it💞

Loved the observatory in this house, only because I LOVE the beach, especially our North Carolina beaches. You sold me when you said sitting, reading while you hear the sound of the ocean‼Thanks for this video! I just found you & I suspect I'll be spending a lot of time with you here❣

Bravo, another in depth look at an abandoned mansion. The game was backgammon, an expensive set at that. Grateful for your professional work, on every level and you put mileage in going over oceans. Fascinating on every level. Have I become a voyeur? Great channel gentlemen, you exceed expectations, always .
