Nobara trying to fight Mai was one of the highlights of this episode. 😂

That scene with Megumi bunting for Nobara and getting himself out, and Gojo's reaction to the bunt, is the best set up ever. The way we see Megumi sacrifice himself in a totally friendly baseball game, and seeing Gojo's reaction to it, sets up for their talk in the coming episodes so well. Even in a friendly game like this, Megumi's instinct is to do something sacrificial in order to win. "Dying to win and risking death to win are two completely different things" All of this is a great set up for Episode 23, where Megumi almost summons the untamed Mahoraga in whats essentially a suicide bombing, but then decides to "Be Greedier" as Gojo tells him, and tries an incomplete Domain Expansion instead. Gojo really told Megumi "Aren't you tired of being nice?? Don't you just wanna go apeshit??" And he took it to heart.

At 0:59 when megumi bunts and Gojos face... says alot about Megumi's character later
