Probably already a fairly athletic guy if I had to guess
  • @Gameboy11540
The thing is I can probably do a back flip but I just get anxious
  • I coached gymnastics full time until I was 30 (and part time from the time I was 16). People do not walk into the gym and go straight into doing back tucks or back handsprings unless they've had experience in a similar sport. A lot of people take weeks or months just to learn a back roll. This guy clearly has done something before which helped him catch on so quick. Thankfully it seems that most people in the comment section are aware that this is not normal, but it's still irresponsible to post something like this. Most of the kids we had who got injured were ones who were just trying stuff at home or on a backyard trampoline. A back handspring or back tuck done wrong with no experienced spotter can lead to serious injuries.
