She really wanted to learn how to do a backflip so we went to our good friends gym and had their awesome 12 year old daughter coach her on it.

For being her first time ever trying and with all the amazing distractions an open gym can have, we are very proud of her attempts! Next time we’re sure she will land it.

She is amazing at paying attention, trusting and following instructions. Even when she's so excited and doesn't appear to be paying attention, she's listening intensely. Unstoppable combination, excellent teachers and a perfect student.

wow. Peyton is a great little coach. and strong. her spotting skills were excellent.

Other girl did a great job coaching her!
  • The next time she's at the beach or a lake (sand and no rocks) have her try in the water and gradually move more shallow until she's finally comfy with no water. I promise it'll build confidence, especially since it doesn't hurt so bad to land in water & sand, even a little water helps. (Knee high for her height)
  • It's amazing how much more she focuses when dad's giving the instruction. She has mad respect for her pop. The other young lady did a magnificent job coaching that is for sure.

She has so much support and so much enthusiasm. She is going to be very successful with all the confidence she has in her means. Good for her. And congrats to her parents for nurturing her self-esteem.
  • She is the one encouraging me! I’m so afraid to try new things, my anxiety always thinks of the worst possible thing. Right after I saw this video I went to go and try and learn how to do a backflip! She is amazing super brave.

  • Amazing, she's going to be incredible when she's older. You are incredible parents, you give her so much love, support, guidance and encouragement that she will literally be a star in the future. You are dedicated parents and it's really wonderful to see xxx

I stared gymnastics when I was about 4 years old. It is so easy to learn at that age. You're just so fearless! Children really are amazing.
  • I am so proud of you as parents. The opportunities for adventure you give cashy are great. I was a single dad for my little girl and tried to provide her with as many opportunities and I believe it helped her as a child and now as a young mother. You are a pleasure to watch. Good job to all.

For Cashy's age, she is not only inquisitive at trying other sports, but she has the confidence to continually try new things. She watches and learns. Even when she is playing around a bit, she is still attentive. Mom and Dad have taught her that extensively while snowboarding. Plus, she has to be attentive given that just the smallest slip could cause her to hurt herself. And no one wants that. We are so blessed to be able to watch Cashy on her journey. And what a journey it is. Great job to the entire Rowley Family. Thanks for letting us follow along.

It's awesome that she has so much support and the resources to help her achieve her goals. I remember when I was a kid and my friend would be outside practicing on a mattress. He was the only boy I knew that could walk all over the place on his hands. This beautiful little girl brought back those memories.❤
  • Is no one gonna talk about how good of a coach/spotter that young girl Peyton is 😅. Anyways She did great
