Two years ago, my dad closed his greenhouse business and retired, leaving a few things behind. This massive generator was one of them. No one has done anything with the property in the last two years, so here this thing sits unused, until now!

I’m surprised you haven’t taken this thing back home incase your block looses power. You would be a hero.

Tip from an ex AAA employee... When boosting a stone dead battery, leave the boost pack(s) hooked up for 15-30 min before attempting to start. Great video tho thumbs up

I was watching you back then, when you were playing with that generator. Absolutely crazy.

Sometimes it helps to disconnect the dead battery since they act as a load themselves.

That a nice genset. I think the starter packs would have stood a better chance if you had completely disconnected the flat battery, i guess that old battery was just sucking too much juice out of the start packs.

Brings back memories to the videos where you repaired this thing because of a leaky fuel pump and filter, bad block heater and so on.

Wow, I remember the videos of this generator from years ago... can’t believe I’ve been subscribed for so long, it went so quickly. Scary how time flies!

I haven't watch your videos in years, but this just popped up in my "recommended" section and thought it'd be worth a look. One of the first videos I watched back then was when you were doing a PM on it. My how time does fly by, I didn't even realize your Father retired. Well, best wishes to you and the family!

I remember your first video! That goes back a few years! You did a demonstration of running the greenhouse off the generator for awhile. It's too bad the place is sitting dormant but that's what happens sometimes. Nice seeing a video there again

Don´t let that generator go dead forgotten. It would be nice move it back to home and have it as a backup
  • I'm amazed at how many people on You tube are missing there right arm!

Long time subscriber here! I remember the old videos with the generator and the natural gas fueled heaters for the green house I would love to see some vids of the empty green house and old house/shop you used to work out of! Two thumbs up!
  • i remember that video!!!You even had a rad view of the exhaust pipe when you started it up!!!
  • @eliotmansfield
Jump packs might say 700 amps, but it’s just for a couple of seconds - a real battery will do that for far longer.
  • @jacobhemmen8357
YES!!!!! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VIDEO. THANK YOU!!! You should keep the generator and full load test it

This would be my pride and joy if I had one of these beasties at home 😊
