Enjoy this tour. We talk about the fact that real estate prices are absolutely through the roof. Imagine a world where you can buy a house and the rents are $5000 less than your house payment would be. #realestate #Hack #riteaid #foreclosures #overpriced #iallegedly

Amazing video, you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires

Dan, I noticed in today’s walk nobody is out enjoying the noise.

We go to the food bank to donate food and see a lot of formerly well-to-do folks there. They may have the Mercedes, but it needs repairs. They have nice clothes, but they've lost weight and don't fit. They need hair cuts. The manager said that many of the people who were donors are now recipients. It's sad
  • 1.3 mil? The traffic sound will drive you nuts, especially when you try to sleep! The price tag of these magnanimous homes is ridiculous! No wonder no one knows what their kids are up to!

You do a great job for your loyal channel watchers everyday. I never find a reason to NOT listen.

And our current local and State government is building condos for the homeless at 650,000 each, and include a gym, coffee bar, and other high end features.

We live in NZ in a first floor 1400sqft 1923 art deco apartment, 180ft from a beautiful beach 10 mile walkway, cost under US$300k walking distance to central business district. We are happy and it’s lock and leave. We are in our early sixties retired from mainstream madness 👍😉 thank you for helping us appreciate what we have compared 👍
  • Oh my gosh, all those beachfront homes, and the noise of airplanes all day!! No thanks.

Back in the days of 1955 to 1959, the guys from Santa Ana Senior High School used to come down that street that was barely better than a dirt road and surf that beach. The body surfing was great as it ran between 5 and 7 ft when it got going good. Believe me, there was nothing there in those days , but dirt, rock and sagebrush! Not one house was to be seen. I guess Thomas Wolfe was right when he said, "you can't go home again."
  • I think most of the folks who buy those mansions know that there's a good chance they won't be able to afford to stay there for long. They are gambling. They want to live the dream at least for a little while. Nothing lasts forever.

Not interested in living there even if I had the money.
  • The noise, the people & overcrowding, the constant air traffic. Those people may have all the money in the world, but their tastes are awful. 😄

Governor Newsome is reason enough to stay away from Cali. I wouldn't live in Canada with Trudeau in charge either.
  • @PaulKatrina.
Asking a real estate agent whether you should buy a home right now is like to asking an alcoholic whether they think you should have a drink lol. Homes in my neighborhood that cost around $450k in sales in 2019 are now going for $800 to $950k. Every seller in my neighborhood is currently making a $350k profit. Simply unreal. In all honesty, deflation is what we require. The only other option is for many people to go bankrupt, which would also be bad for the economy. That is the only way to return to normal.

Dan, there is a high pressure gas main or water line running down the street in front of most buildings on busy streets. When a quake hits the street cracks will open mains and fry homes within 500 feet. Balboa Blvd. at the north end of the San Fernando Valley in 1994 broke a gas main and fried homes within 300 feet. People buy these expensive homes and never ask for the status of utility lines in relation to the property they are buying. I always request a utility location report when I buy a home and certainly on a wide street with heavy traffic.

Good to hear you talk about problems in Canada , so much is hidden or covered up in the country , we often only get the truth from folks like you . THANKS

I can't wait to see these so called realtors get a real job.

P.E. teachers are very weird. Best statement this week.

These people can't get no satisfaction. Mick turned 81 today.
