Paksiw is a classic Filipino dish which means to cook in vinegar. Paksiw na Bangus is a sour savory fish stew made of slices of Bangus (Milkfish) simmered in a sour broth made of vinegar, garlic, ginger, onions, green and red chilis with salt and pepper to taste. Add slices of Eggplant to make this dish a healthy, delicious and easy to make favorite Filipino dish.

INGREDIENTS:
1 large Bangus (Milkfish)
1/4 kilo Pork Belly
1 medium Eggplant
4 Green Chilis
3 Siling Labuyo
1 Thumbsize Ginger
1 cup Vinegar
1 cup Water
1 tsp Seasoning Granules
1 medium Onion
5 cloves Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
cooking Oil
